Responsible for the day to day administration and operational delivery of a number of global events, working closely with the Event Directors and Design Team.

This is a busy role with variety. You’ll be expected to work hard but you will have a lot of fun along the way.

Key Responsibilities will be:

  • Liaising with delegates to ensure profile information is received and entered into the company’s database within event timelines.
  • Working as part of the Operations Team and assisting the Event Directors to ensure pre-event planning runs smoothly and to schedule.
  • Providing administrative support to the Event Directors as required.
  • Liaising with the Design Team to produce marketing material including confirmation packs, event directories, programmes, banners and signage within print deadlines.
  • Researching and booking entertainment, airport transfers, audiovisual equipment, printing and other event requirements within set budgets.
  • Corresponding with Hotels regarding rooming lists, event schedules and hotel transfers.
  • Travel overseas to events arriving approximately 5 days prior to commencement to prepare all relevant documentation and liaise with the hotel to ensure the smooth running of the event.
  • While the event is taking place you will be the main point of contact covering all the operational needs of the event including queries from delegates, keeping accurate timing the various functions, liaising with the hotel, transfers and ‘being the face of BOND!’ You will be required to work extended hours dictated by the duration of the event. All food, accommodation and travel to, from and during the event will be covered by BOND Events.
  • Responsible for producing the Event Feedback Questionnaire.
  • Ensuring that invoices are reconciled against budget and payments confirmed with Account Department.
