This an important and varied position, based in our Guildford office, providing administration, coordination and project support to our team of Occupational Psychologists. The main focus of the role will be to help with development and maintenance of our core range of psychological assessment products and services, providing support for the immediate team and advising our international colleagues. The role is flexible and the successful applicant would be encouraged to shape their contributions to the team in line with their strengths and become a key part of the team’s role within the business.


What you’ll be doing

Project and Service Support

  • Supporting psychology consultants in their tasks and projects related to the development and maintenance of our tests, reports, and online platform.
  • Co-ordinating projects which require input from multiple internal and external stakeholders to ensure the delivery team objectives.
  • Managing knowledge resources and databases to ensure the most up to date information about our products and services is available.
  • Reviewing and updating critical team documentation, such as training materials, presentations, technical documentation and reference materials to support internal requests for information from our team.
  • Planning meetings and controlling agendas and action points, including support and follow up with team members as required.

Online Platform Administration

  • Responding to requests to support internal users of our online assessment platform.
  • Generating reports and data for use in analysis and research.


What you’re likely to have

Essential experience

  • Experience of working in a administrator/ project co-ordinator support role
  • Experience of providing internal business support to a high service level
  • Experience of meeting tight and changing deadlines while working on several concurrent projects



  • Ability to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint) to a good standard
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills
  • Strong telephone and written communication skills (much communication will be via email or similar), including the ability to interact and work well with colleagues working in different countries and with diverse backgrounds.
  • Comfortable with IT and learning to use new IT systems (the successful candidate will need to work with our own online systems and partner systems as appropriate)



  • A real passion for administration and coordination, delivering work to a high standard (including strong attention to detail; enjoying organising people, maintaining records, keeping track of progress and task delivery, etc)
  • A strong customer service orientation – able to show empathy and understanding of others’ perspectives
  • Pro-active & self-motivated, must be able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Able to remain calm under pressure, when working to tight deadlines and when juggling multiple activities
  • Able to work flexibly with colleagues to resolve problems, whilst appreciating when to involve the appropriate project manager
