We are an award winning SAAS company and we are revolutionizing Intraday Automation in contact centers around the globe and we are looking to add to our fast-paced, rapidly growing team.

We are looking for a sales person who is bright( ideally a graduate), who is a proactive hungry sales person who is keen to succeed and progress.  This is a phone based sales job to qualify leads and generate meetings and  is a great opportunity for someone who wants a career in sales and particularly  software sales. The next step would be a field sales person meeting clients, demonstrating the software and closing the deal and then the take home could be £100K +.

Job Summary

As our New Business Sales Executive, your primary responsibility is to leverage personal, professional and social networks to identify and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders and buyers at enterprise accounts. You will identify and nurture these relationships and contacts to assess their needs and develop a strategy to introduce our best-in-class products. Once these leads are qualified they will be handed off to the outside sales team.

You will also be responsible for social media postings to drive new business. Success will be measured on qualified leads and these will result in additional bonus compensation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage social and professional networks to identify and develop relationships within enterprise accounts
  • Post to social media to drive awareness and messaging to targeted markets
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to develop and refine product targeting strategies
  • Diligently update CRM database
  • Self-starter who is eager to engage and prospect buyers anywhere they are - phone, social media, email or in person
  • Experience heavily leveraging social media to drive campaigns and sales
  • Experience successfully selling into technical user base
  • Ability to self-manage by creating personal initiatives & metrics to drive success
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to ask insightful questions
  • 2+ years of experience is preferred
  • A Bachelor of Arts or Sciences Degree is required
  • Familiarity with workforce management and/or contact center environments a plus
