This is a part-time maternity contract working for around 20 hours per week. Your role will be to provide excellent Customer Service to my client’s EMEA customer base of distributors, hospitals and surgeons and to perform on-site logistic tasks as necessary. Your key responsibilities will be:-·         Processing customer orders and sample orders·         Maintaining accurate and up to date customer records·         Act as first point of contact for Customers·         Oversee returns and customer credits·         General admin including sales reports and inventory requirements·         Logistics – arranging shipments, preparing export documentation You will be using SAP database.  It would be ideal if you have experience in customer services/ sales administration and some pharmaceutical or medical experience but it is NOT essential.  It is essential however that you have excellent communication and IT skills and a can do attitude.
