Part-time Customer Services Representative

 The Company is the UK subsidiary of a European manufacturers. The successful candidate will have a varied range of duties including:-

1. Answering customer enquiries by telephone, fax and email
2. Inputting orders on to an AS400 computer system
3. Processing invoices, deliveries, returns and credits
4. Supporting our external sales team
5. Supporting our network of distributors
6. General administration
7. Assisting both trade and retail customers at our new premises

 The ideal candidate will have experience in some or all of the above areas, a good general level of education along with excellent IT skills.  Equally important will be a willingness to learn new skills and learn about our specialised industry.  The ability to work as part of a team in a busy, but friendly office environment is also a must!
