Our client, based in Godalming, is looking for a personable, enthusiastic and conscientous Administrator to assist with the effective running of their Administration department.  As well as providing full administrative support to office and field-based staff the Administrator will be responsible for providing a professional and personable reception service, this will include directing incoming calls, meeting and greeting visitors and setting up meeting rooms when required.The successful candidate will have previous experience in providing front-line customer service via telephone, email and face-to-face, excellent administration skills and strong IT skills. Previous experience within a busy office environment is essential.
