
HR Advisor
Reporting directly to the HR Manager the HR Advisor will be providing comprehensive HR services to clients. It is a varied role and you will be liaising directly with clients in the UK and overseas.
Your responsibilities will include liaison with HR Business Partners Globally, advising on ex-pat assignments, Developing and maintaining policies, procedures and staff handbooks, disciplinaries, preparing payroll data, employee record keeping, benefit management, references etc
Ideally you should have 3 – 5 years professional experience in International Human Resources (HR) and experience of shared service based HR. You must be organised and a strong team player.
